Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using any of our AI-powered applications (Cypher, Clean AI, Battery Booster, Invoice Creator, Veoflix), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using any app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify any app, any part of our apps, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of any app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the apps into other languages, or make derivative versions. The apps themselves, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to them, still belong to Wind AI Studios Limited şirketi.

Service Commitment

Wind AI Studios Limited is committed to ensuring that our AI-powered apps are as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to any app or to charge for premium features, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for any app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.

App-Specific Terms

Data Security and Device Responsibility

Our apps store and process personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our AI-powered services. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the apps secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that our apps won't work properly or at all.

Third Party Services

Our apps use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions. These include but are not limited to:

• Google Play Services - For Android app distribution and services
• Apple App Store - For iOS app distribution and services
• Cloud AI Services - For machine learning model processing
• Analytics Providers - For app performance monitoring
• Payment Processors - For handling transactions in Invoice Creator
• Veo3 AI Technology - For video generation in Veoflix

Internet Connection and Data Usage

You should be aware that there are certain things that Wind AI Studios Limited will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of our apps will require an active internet connection for AI processing and cloud services. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the apps not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.

If you're using our apps outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing our apps, or other third party charges. In using our apps, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the apps outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming.

Device Maintenance and App Updates

Wind AI Studios Limited cannot always take responsibility for the way you use our apps. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to use our services, we cannot accept responsibility.

At some point, we may wish to update any of our apps. Our apps are currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the apps. We do not promise that we will always update the apps so that they are relevant to you and/or work with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the applications when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing any app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

AI Processing and Accuracy

Our applications use advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. While we strive for accuracy and reliability:

• AI results are based on algorithms and may not always be 100% accurate
• Machine learning models continuously improve but are not infallible
• Users should use their judgment when acting on AI-generated recommendations
• We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI suggestions
• AI processing may require internet connectivity and may be subject to service limitations

Abuse Prevention and Rate Limiting

Automatic Analysis and Interruption

Our systems continuously monitor and analyze user activity to prevent any form of misuse or abuse. If any usage patterns are detected that may harm or interfere with our applications or AI services, our system reserves the right to automatically restrict your access.

Purpose of Rate Limiting

The implementation of automatic rate limiting is crucial to ensure the stability and reliability of our AI processing servers and to prevent abuse of our machine learning resources. By preventing abusive behaviors, we aim to provide a seamless and uninterrupted experience for all users.

AI Resource Protection

Our AI models and processing capabilities are valuable resources. Excessive or automated requests that could impact service quality for other users will be automatically detected and restricted. This includes but is not limited to:

• Automated or bot-like usage patterns
• Excessive API calls or AI processing requests
• Attempts to reverse engineer our AI models
• Bulk processing that impacts server performance

Any access restrictions imposed by our system are temporary and will be lifted after a certain period. For concerns about incorrect restrictions, please contact our support team.

Refund and Activity Log Sharing

If you request a refund for any premium features or subscriptions, please be aware that your activity logs may be shared with the App Store, if needed, to help verify your usage of the app. This is simply to ensure that any claims of accidental subscriptions are reviewed fairly. Your privacy is important to us, and this process is only used to ensure transparency and fairness in refund requests.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our apps, including but not limited to:

• AI algorithms and machine learning models
• App source code and design
• Trademarks, logos, and branding
• User interface and user experience design
• Documentation and help content

remain the exclusive property of Wind AI Studios Limited şirketi. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps in accordance with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

With respect to Wind AI Studios Limited's responsibility for your use of our apps, when you're using any app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that they are updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information and AI processing capabilities to us so that we can make them available to you. Wind AI Studios Limited accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of our apps.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page and through our apps where appropriate. These terms and conditions are effective as of December 2024.
