Video generation can involve the prompts, photos and other media you choose to submit, along with basic technical and diagnostic information needed to operate the feature. How information is used
Information is used to provide the feature you request, keep the App working, protect the service from abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your content for a purpose that is incompatible with these purposes without an appropriate legal basis or notice.
AI features and service providers
Video creation uses AI processing. Your prompt and selected media may be sent to external providers to generate the result. Generated content can be unpredictable; review it before sharing. When a feature needs external processing, the relevant input may be sent securely to the providers that operate that feature. Those providers process it under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit another person’s information or voice unless you have the right and permission to do so.
Retention and security
Prompts, source media and generated video may be retained by the App or processing providers for the time needed to deliver the feature, maintain service security or meet legal obligations. Exact deletion timing depends on the feature and provider. Remove saved items in the App where that option is available, or contact support for a request. We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can stop using the App and remove locally stored content using the App or your device controls where available. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or object to certain processing. Children
The App is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the App, contact us so we can review the request.
