Using the app
You may use the App for your personal, lawful purposes, subject to these terms, the rules of the store where you obtained it, and applicable law. You are responsible for your device, account credentials and network charges. Features may change or become unavailable as the App is updated.
Your content and permissions
You keep the rights you hold in material you submit or create. You give us and the service providers needed to operate the feature a limited permission to process that material only to provide, secure and support the feature you request. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not upload material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or contains sensitive information you do not need to use the feature.
AI output and review
Automated and AI-assisted results can be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete or similar to material created for others. You are responsible for checking output before relying on, publishing or sharing it, and for ensuring your use complies with the law and third-party platform rules. The App does not promise a particular result.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, infringe rights, harass or deceive others, distribute harmful or abusive material, interfere with the App or its systems, bypass usage limits, or attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or our legal rights.
App-specific rules
Lidya provides financial education and a local virtual-market simulation. Prices, positions, profit and rewards are simulated, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Lidya is not a broker and does not execute real trades. Lessons, charts and AI responses are not financial advice or a promise of profit. AI can be wrong and availability depends on your device and language.
Purchases and subscriptions
Lidya Pro offers weekly, monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The localized total price and billing period are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Any trial or promotional offer applies only when explicitly displayed and eligible. Refund requests are handled through Apple.
Intellectual property
The App, its software, design, branding and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App as permitted by these terms. No other rights are transferred.
Third-party services and availability
Some functions rely on third-party platforms, networks or processing services and may be subject to their terms and availability. We do not control those services. We may update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product changes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as available” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the App.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version here. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version was published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law. For questions or requests, contact support@windai.studio.
